Interested in writing for Higher Things?

We’re glad you’re considering writing for higher things magazine! Higher Things Magazine is a 32-page, full-color magazine dedicated to enriching the faith of Lutheran youth, specifically between the ages of 13-19. Our focus is God’s work through Christ for salvation.

All articles should be written with a proper distinction between Law and Gospel and liberally sprinkled with lots of Jesus. Please keep in mind that you are writing with high school-aged youth in mind so no overly scholarly articles. however, academically challenging (depending on the topic) is welcomed! Please keep your article between approximately 800 – 1,000 words long. Also adding a short bio and a nice high-resolution photo to your submission is a plus!
